the single best thing to be done is to have frequent national poll questions say every month which would allow voters to make the big decisions. the little decisions would be left to the compromisers we send to dc

the us supreme court would have to vet the questions BEFORE each election so that the court couldnt say after the election 'sorry folks your decision was unconstitutional'

poll questions are the way things are done in switzerland & in small town new england. there is no chaos w. this system. both regions are know for their good polity
